Answer: We help our clients by supporting their organization’s mission and vision by optimizing their governance practices. We help them understand and develop goals and objectives that will execute excellent business strategies to meet their needs and expectations.

Answer: We specialize in implementing customize business solutions, strategic planning, governance best practices, business and grant writing, and help entrepreneurs and social enthusiast form for profit and nonprofit entities.

Question 3: Can you guarantee that our plan will raise capital?

Answer: Yes! We can guarantee our plan will raise capital because we dedicate ourselves to researching, analyzing, understanding market trends, and being strategic at achieving the company’s goals based on best practices.

Question 4: Can you help us raise money?

Answer: Yes! We help our clients to raise money by researching opportunities within their service areas and supporting them with successful grant writing, bid submissions, Request for Proposal (RFPs) submission, and other funding sources. We are very familiar with Procurements and Foundations to help navigate through the current web of bureaucracies.

Question 5: How does the process work?

Answer: We first will have a meeting virtually or in person with the client to determine what services they are in most need of, then we develop a plan of action once a contract has been signed and approved.

Question 6: How long will it take?

Answer: It really depends. Some simple changes can make a big difference while in other cases it is important to factor in a timeline that will effectively produce the change that is needed to be successful.

Question 7: Can you work any faster?

Answer: We can work as fast as you like and as your budget allows, but some changes take time when various stakeholders are involved.

Question 8: What happens after you have delivered the final documents?

Answer: Once the we deliver the final documents with the client, then the client has a choice of pursuing another project with us which happens a lot, or they can continue their operations according to our recommendations.

Question 9: How do you price your services?

Answer: The price of our services depends on the scale of the project, i.e. hours, dedicated staff, and the overall scope of work.

Question 10: Are you worth the money?

Answer: Yes, we are worth the money, we want succeed as much as you do. Our team is here to support you in achieving your next level goals. We believe in excellent infrastructure and are often the “backbone” of our client’s success.

Question 11: Will you take all or part of your fees in equity, or defer it until we raise capital?

Answer: No, we are a fee for service company that guarantee results and do not unfortunately differ fees until the organization raises capital.

Question 12: What is your refund policy?

Answer: We haven’t had the need to refund any of our client’s money. We value our clients and optimize their success.

Question 13: Can you send us samples of your work?

Answer: Unfortunately, we do not share client information. All of our client’s information is confidential.

Question 14: Where are you located, and how do you work with clients outside of your local area?

Answer: We are located in Brooklyn, NY and we work with clients outside our local area via Zoom Meetings, in person, conference calls, emails, and phone calls.

Question 15: What are your qualifications?

Answer: We are NYS and NYC M/WBE Certified, we have received countless awards for our outstanding work within organizations, communities, academia, and all levels of government. We received the Bridge Builder Award, which is an award for making connections with other people, building bridges, and making the connections to bring success. The City of New York Mayor’s Excellence in Customer Service award for providing outstanding customer services to the people of New York City. In addition, we received a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition by Congresswoman Yvette Clarke, for superior and invaluable service to the community as well as a City Council Citation for exemplary service and personal achievements in the community.
